New to TV Rips

I am new to ripping tv series. I have just installed Media Scout and told it where my files are at. My folder structure and file name are as follows.

THE_BIG_BANG_THEORY_SEASON1_D1/PILOT_S01E01.mpg

I have five episodes in the folder and it seems like Media Scout is not retrieving the meta data. I named the folder the same as the DVD.

Please help and let me know if I should be using a different folder structure and naming structure for Media Scout to fetch the meta data.

Thanks

MediaScout places your collection by default in the following structure :

<TV Show>\<Season #>\<TV Show> - #x## - <Episode Name>.avi

<Movie Name> (2010)\<Movie Name>.avi

Mediascout 2.0.7 does not support the structure you have in your collection.  Right now, you must put all episodes within the season folder to fetch the metadata. But with the next release 2.0.8 it will treat all episodes inside the TVShow Folder as Unsorted Season Files. For eg.  <Big Bang theory>\<Episode.mpg> will be categorized under <Big Bang theory>\Unsorted Season Files\<Episode.mpg>
